I had such a great expierence here! Norm one of the salesman helped me through the process of buying my first car. He did so much for me and made me be able afford my Acura TLX. Believe me I was having a hard time making the choice but Norm was more than understanding and patient. I would come here again in the future!
Insurance deemed my previous car a total loss so had to quickly replace my old Acura. After looking online at some MDXs and Odysseys, I came across a couple at Acura of Ramsey that fit into my budget. I reached out to Norman G. via email who promptly responded. We went back and forth a little about price and eventually agreed to a price. Once I got to the dealership, Norm greeted me and was very easy to talk to. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the car and really made an effort to answer any questions I had thoroughly. He didn't ambush me with any surprise fees or anything and just made the entire process very easy. As someone who dreads car shopping, Norman really made me rethink my attitude about car buying. If you are interested in a car at Acura of Ramsey, I can't recommend Norman enough. One tip I have about car buying is once you find a car you are interested in, find a salesperson, either through their website or Google reviews (which is what I did) and reach out to them via email and ask questions and even hash out a price if you really like the car before going in. It'll make the rest of the process much more relaxing.
